Refund and Cancellation Policy
At The Ranthambore Safari, we believe in complete transparency regarding our booking processes. Please carefully read our policies regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for your safari reservations.
General Safari Payments
Non-Refundable Policy: As a standard rule, all payments made for confirmed Jeep Safaris and Canter Safaris are strictly non-refundable.
Unconfirmed Current Bookings: If you apply for a “Current Booking” and we are unable to secure and confirm your safari tickets, the entire booking charge will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
Cancellation Refund Slabs
If you need to cancel a previously confirmed booking, the refund amount is governed by the official cancellation policy of the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. The applicable refund is calculated based on how many days prior to your scheduled visit date the cancellation request is made:

| 271 days or more prior to the date of visit | 75% of the total booking amount |
| Between 181 and 270 days prior to the date of visit | 50% of the total booking amount |
| Between 90 and 180 days prior to the date of visit | 25% of the total booking amount |
| Within 90 days of the date of visit | 0% (No Refund) |
Important Administrative Disclaimer
Please be aware that all reservations regarding the use of any facility—including park entry and accommodation within the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve—are provisional in nature.
Administrative Authority: Bookings are entirely subject to modification or immediate cancellation by the Field Director of the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, without the obligation to assign any reason.
Implicit Agreement: By initiating and making a reservation with us, you explicitly imply your absolute agreement to all the terms and conditions laid out in this policy.
Strict Enforcement: Outside of the specific cancellation timeframes detailed in the table above, there shall be absolutely no cancellations or refunds processed under any circumstances. Furthermore, no requests for the refund or rescheduling of a confirmed safari will be entertained.
