Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the agency, while “you” or “user” refers to anyone browsing or using the services of this website. By accessing our platform and booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Safari Payments & Refund Policy
Confirmed Bookings: All payments made for Jeep and Canter Safaris are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once the booking is confirmed.
Unconfirmed Bookings: If you apply for a “Current Booking” and we are unable to secure your safari tickets, the booking charges for that specific transaction will be completely refunded to you.
2. Liabilities and Additional Costs
Please be aware that the tour and service costs provided at the time of booking are based on current rates. If the government or park authorities increase safari permit fees, taxes, guide charges, or fuel costs after you have finalized your booking, the customer will be liable to pay the difference as an additional charge.
3. Advance, Current, and Tatkal Bookings
Submitting your payment does not instantly guarantee a confirmed e-ticket. Ticket generation is strictly subject to real-time seat availability.
We highly recommend sending your reservation requests at least one day prior to your intended date of visit.
While you have the option to choose from Ranthambore Tiger Reserve’s Safari Zones 1 through 10, we cannot guarantee a specific zone. We will try our absolute best to accommodate your zone preferences, but final allotment rests with the forest authorities.
There is no absolute guarantee that a safari booking request will be fulfilled in its entirety.
4. Important Guidelines for Safari Bookings
To ensure a smooth experience, please keep the following rules in mind:
Advance Payment: 100% of the safari fee must be paid upfront to initiate the booking process.
Mandatory ID Proof: Valid government-issued ID proof is compulsory for every single visitor.
Non-Transferable: Confirmed bookings cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged with anyone else.
Original Documents: You must carry the exact same original ID card that you submitted during the online reservation process.
Booking Window: You can book your safari up to a maximum of 90 days in advance.
Foreign Nationals: Passport details are strictly mandatory for all foreign tourists making a reservation.
Permit Issuance: Safari permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, depending entirely on availability.
Park Closures: The park management reserves the right to close the reserve to visitors at any time without prior notice.
Fee Revisions: If there is any revision in government fees between the time of your booking and your actual visit, you must pay the difference at the park entry gate.
Reporting Time: All visitors must report to the designated boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled safari departure.
Next-Day Bookings: Any safari booked for the very next day will be treated as a “Current Booking,” and all terms related to current bookings will apply.
5. Official Disclaimer
Please Note: All reservations—whether for entry, safaris, or stays within the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve—are entirely provisional in nature. They are subject to immediate modification or cancellation by the Field Director of the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve without assigning any reason whatsoever.
By making a reservation through our website, you signify your absolute agreement to all the terms laid down here. We will not entertain any requests for cancellations, refunds, or the rescheduling of confirmed safaris under any circumstances.
